Frequently asked questions
Which countries do you supply Iranian steel to?
Iraq — including the Kurdistan Region, Baghdad and the south — Afghanistan, Türkiye and the Gulf states are the four corridors Iranian mills load for regularly, each with its own page here. Shipments to other destinations are quoted on request.
Are export prices the same as the prices on the domestic pages?
No. The export table is ex-works and excludes Iranian VAT, converted from Toman at the free-market dollar rate and stated per metric tonne. The domestic pages quote in Toman per kilogram or per bar and include VAT where it applies.
How is a delivered price to the border or port worked out?
Ex-works price, plus inland freight to the crossing or load port, handling, customs formalities and export documents — and, on CFR or CIF terms, sea freight and insurance. Give the destination, Incoterm and tonnage and the delivered figure is confirmed per shipment.
