Introduction to Shahrekord
Shahrekord operates in the steel market with a focus on providing structural and industrial solutions. The company specializes in the production of formed and coated steel products, catering to building contractors, warehouse developers, and industrial infrastructure projects. Their operational focus is on delivering steel components that enhance construction speed and structural durability in modern engineering projects.
Products, Dimensions, and Standards
The listed products from this manufacturer are categorized into two main families:
- Steel Decking: Formed steel sheets used in composite steel-concrete flooring systems. These products serve simultaneously as permanent formwork and structural reinforcement, commonly applied in industrial halls, parking structures, and steel-frame buildings.
- Galvanized Sheets: Zinc-coated steel sheets designed for high resistance against rust and corrosion. These are widely used in roofing, warehouse cladding, ventilation ducting, and the production of various construction profiles.
These products are available in a comprehensive range of thicknesses, including 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1, and 1.25 mm, allowing for precise selection based on specific project engineering requirements.
Buying and Selection Guidance
When selecting products from Shahrekord, consider the following guidelines:
- Thickness Verification: Given the available range (0.4 mm to 1.25 mm), ensure the selected thickness aligns with the structural blueprints and project standards, as thickness directly impacts load-bearing capacity for decking and longevity for galvanized sheets.
- Weight and Area Calculation: Since pricing is typically based on weight (kg) or unit, but project requirements are calculated by area, verify the weight per sheet for your chosen thickness before finalizing the order.
- Logistics Coordination: Confirm the delivery terms and loading point prior to ordering to accurately incorporate transportation costs into the project budget.
- Tonnage and Scheduling: For large-scale projects, coordinate the required tonnage and delivery timelines with the sales department to ensure uninterrupted progress at the construction site.
